Anyone plan on or have done a -1 front sprocket?

Since they are only $10 or so I think I may try one out.. See how bearable it is on the freeway..

-1 has always been a popular sprocket change regardless of bike. Adds a bit more bottom end for take off and around town. Usually doesn't kill too much crusin' also.
Keep in mind the Speedo will incorrect also.

I imagine if the 1st gear already has plenty of torque, as I keep hearing people say (Old3), the result would be kinda annoying.

But I'm still curious to hear your first hand experience here :)

1st grear does have plent of tq.. but a +1 does adds the effect to the entire power band not just 1st gear :D

With my current mods and a +1/-2 this bike could probably power wheelie down the block :D

I keep forgetting to change my front sprocket. I'm going up one tooth in the front.

I can't imagine lower gearing and I'm traditionally a lower is better guy. 1st gear stock is too low to be of much use already, I was starting in second most of the time, even 2 up.

Power wheelies.

I don't think so there CB!
