neither of those help me, i found those as well. I need a name and number or e-mail of someone at head office or customer relations.

Kawai is a different company. Did you have a piano you needed help with?

Bu seriously...this is an easy one and others have already pointed you there....Google! Use a boolean search if you need more specific help, example; Kawasaki + Canada or Kawasaki + Canada + Headquarters, Kawasaki + service + Canada, etc.

google has nothing on it... give it a try... yea i know their website.... yes i know the address and phone number... but i want the person's name/email or phone number... which the facebook link to Jeff Comello (the name google couldnt provide...) has given me, googled his name and found what i was looking for.

I have wrote 2 letters to Jeff Comello the District Manager here in Canada, no responses to either of them... the next one I am going to include these pictures and a detailed report from a bike technician who inspected the motor.

What happened is when we were riding back home from Niagara Falls a bearing let go inside the motor/shaft..... and well from there it just ripped everything apart from the inside out since we were traveling at highway speeds...
