I wonder if my 250'd do just as well, I have a 15T also but I have the first gen 250 (2001) so my top end would be slightly better lol

I keep missing the 300 while riding the 250. Definitely a noticeable difference.

250r tuning

Tuning is the key to the 250.
Get the skills and it will stay or beat the 300.
But those with the skills and 300 will get over on that. For those who doubt the track it the ultimate test ground!!! And 2008 to 2012 is the 3rd Gen 250.

IMHO, the 300 is worth it for the fuel injection alone.

Ninja 300
If this bike is too slow, the road is too straight.

There is no comparison between the old 250 and the new 300. Even the CBR250R (with fuel-injection) pales in-comparison.

But yeah, no. 300 wins.

Also, I'd switch that 15/42 to a 14/40 ASAP. You will love it, trust me! You had less pulling power with that 15 than you would have had with stock gearing.
