COPS pull over Baby Stroller

I was out riding doing a 100 Subscriber special when I came across this. Obviously, the cop had nothing better to do.

i was searching for the best baby Stroller and some issues related to them i found this discussion. i really want some suggestions if you have experience with babies Strollers please guide which is the best Baby Stroller for my new born baby which will be the most comfy and quality product for my baby?also some of my friends told me it is not safe enough for Newborn baby,he may fell off.Anyone has suggestions?

Hmmm.... I would not recommend using a Ninja 300 as a stroller.
