well by supplying these "special tools" they can be pretty much assured that there will be consistency across the board and there is no if / buts / or maybes so long as who ever did it used the tools correctly.this will also covers kwaka's ass very nicely too

Southbay ordered a new ABS unit for mine! Lol. Just took it in this afternoon and got the break issue taken care of and complained about the fairing gap. They took some pics and are going to consult with Kawasaki after the holidays. I spent my wait time drooling over my next bikes, the 2013 Z1000 ABS and an all black 2013 Ducati 848 Street Fighter, dear God those things were awesome!!

While I was there I was talking a cute girl into a 300. She said she wanted an all white 2013 but was looking at the green/black and all black 2014's they had on the showroom. Also while I was looking at the Ducati's a guy came in trying to trade in his 2013 SE for a 636 or Triumph 675R!

Sweet. When I was there I mentioned the fairing gap. They didn't take any pictures for me. I hope the double whammy escalated the matter and lit a fire under their asses.

They told me they had already done repairs on this problem for another 300!?! I explained that the problem isn't the fairings, but rather the center console piece having tabs that are too small to hold the fairings locked in place.

Shady dealers. Sherlock Holmes time. I'll be getting to the bottom of this.

I took mine into the dealership for them to do this recall mod but they only did the back. They told me that they don't have the parts for the front since i was the only one with abs around here and i would have to bring it back in after they get the parts in.

I was hoping they done had the front turn signal connector in but i don't think they ordered it either. They broke it when they did my 600 mile service.

Just got the letter on Friday. Headline at the top says my frame number so I'm assuming I need to bring mine in too, but seeing as how there's about 6 ft of snow outside I'm sure it can wait for awhile
