Rain under backseat area ok?

Just recently slid out diving in a turn, my rear seat area got messed up. Just woke up, It’s raining cat and dogs.. the whole tailight area is broken and I’m sure water is all over the inside...
Is my bike going to be messed up?
My blinkers already don’t work. Pic of area attached

Everything electrical like the connectors and modules are all sealed and weather proof. Unless the crash cracked and damaged a component that will now leak water in, everything will be fine.

Number 11 is the turn signal relay number 10 is the fuse box and number 9 is the relay box number 20 is the ECU which are all critical and I wouldn't want water in there I don't care if they're supposed to be waterproof connections or not. I would try to make sure that seals properly in that area because the relay box wire harnesses the back of them are facing upwards towards the seat and your fuse box I just wouldn't want water creeping and dripping in that area because water is known to find its way through concrete and all other sorts of material. For a temporary fix I would go to Home Depot and get the real thin weatherstripping that they use to put in side of the trim on door frames. I would use that to seal around the back seat top if it's leaking in from there.

With the seat installed properly, my papers (inside a ziploc bag even) got soaked when stored in there. Even with the seat properly installed, that area isn't waterproof.

No doubt water will find its way and even if you do your best to seal it but there's no reason not to try and at least minimize the water intrusion. now the back of his bike is jacked up and is probably letting more water in then usually would get in there and just run on down through the frame and out.
