If you don't want to buy the block off plates the ends can just be capped.

Here are the final pics not so great. Ill do a write up for the Pod Filters as well with links for everything needed. I didnt take to many picture for that one though.

I am so confused about this.

What's the point of smog delete? What are you exactly deleting and why does it fix backfiring problem?
Does it add power? Gas mileage?
Also does it produce more emission?

Love stirring up an old thread but does anyone know if this improves performance. I don't care about emissions and have a address that requires no emissions test. I have a MGP growler (and baffle) not installed yet. will this reduce noise or increase?

The means of a secondary air system is, that at different operating conditions of the engine fresh air will be supplied into the exhaust (mainly in the decelerating operation) to reduce the emission of pollutants of the exhaust gases (carbon monoxide). Normally this System will be used together with unregulated catalysts.
Important: When one is using any automated remapping system (PCV Autotune etc.) then this system MUST be closed or turned off to avoid any confusion in the measurement.
By the way, your name sounds pretty German-like...

Every time when you need an exact measurement you must eliminate every source which could lead to a wrong result.
Also take to account that one of the most important point is that you always have to keep in mind what type of fuel you use, because this will tell you what the AFR will/has to be!
Just too many guys calculate with 14.7:1 even while they use Ethanol- or Race-Fuel.
