Cool Dealers who Care & know what good customer service is about; are there any left?

Seems to be some dealers around who still care about their customers, but seem to be few & far between, so if you have a dealer who actually gives a shit about you & your bike, give them a plug here, tell us about the dealer, maybe their web site, contact details & anyone who you spoke to that still remembers how to give good customer service

Escondido Cycle Center
Escondido California.

Sabrina in floor sales, countered my offer for my 300 LESS than my asking. No hard sales tactics. Very mellow.

They just installed the ECU, did the 600 mile maintenance, and installed the 15 tooth counter-sproket. Took in at noon and they said it would be ready by end of day. I picked up next day.

They call alot to inform you when parts are in, bike ready etc. Just really nice people and Sabrina is HOT!

http://www.seminolepowersports.com/ this is not where I bought the bike but for the ECU they ordered it with out having me leave the bike where the orginal dealer in Daytona Beach wouldnt do that for me. Also about $30.00 an hour cheaper on labor than the dealer in St. Augustine fl. Did the ECU swap and oil change while I waited. So far for me seems to be the best of the three dealers in my area.

I'll give GN Gonzales in Baton Rouge a thumbs up.

Per my intro thread, I got the bike for $4703 out the door.

Per the ECU recall thread, they ordered me a new rear tail piece fairing when it cracked during the ECU replacement. They did not hide the fact or play games. It was told to me as: the body work on the bike sucks and it cracked. Don't worry, one is already on order and we'll let you know when it comes in.

Dave

Ultimate Cycle in Midlothian, VA.

Bought the bike from there. While I did have to wait until they got ECU's in for the recall, the turnaround time was just two days for them to get their hands on some and have the bike ready for being picked up. The people there have been quite nice to deal with, especially compared to the other dealers I've been in.

Ordered a few things for the 300 from them, as well as already taken it in for it's first service, and I'm pleased all around so far.

Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.
