Stator Change: what the heck is liquid gasket???

I'm trying to change my stator and the service manual says:
"Clean off any oil or dirt and apply liquid gasket to the circumference of the crankshaft sensor lead grommet [E].Sealant - Liquid Gasket, TB1211F: 92104-0004"

Service Manual, Page 507https://www.manualslib.com/manual/804530/Kawasaki-Ninja-300.html?page=507#manual

So I did a search on Kawasaki Liquid Gasket, 92104-0004 and it says $75.45

If I look around on hardware store for liquid gasket, they're all $10 or so.
If I type in TB1211(whaever this means) I found it for $21 http://4into1.com/threebond-white-silicone-liquid-gasket-tb1211/

But nothing I can find for TB1211F.

I have no idea what it means... what if I install my new stator without using this Kawasaki Liquid Gasket, would it blow up the something?

Is there any alternative for this?

If I search for liquid gasket, this one came up. But it doesn't say TB1211F like Kawasaki.
I can get this one for less than $10, but Kawasaki one is $75.

Like they said, pretty much any liquid gasket will work if you want to keep it more or less air and dust tight. That cover probably doesn't get excessively hot either so it probably won't matter too much if you just get the cheapest version in stock. There are really exotic gasket makers for all types of uses. Mostly depending on surface, temperature, sensor compatibility, and what they are keeping in. None of that seems important in this case so any gasket maker should work.

It's important to apply it right, and to not apply too much. Follow the instructions and wait before assembling as instructed. That's the key to not force excess silicone (or whatever) into the compartment.
