160 if I'm riding hard, high RPM etc.
185 if I'm riding sensibly.

Its very difficult to estimate "half tank" with the digital gauge that the Ninja 300 has. Next time you fill her up, note the amount of fuel that went in to top it up again & you will get a much better idea of the fuel average you are getting.

Regards,
Kaustav

P.S. I can squeeze 300 miles out of my bike if I keep it below 4K rpm & I think she will be running on fumes.

I fill full tank to the top almost spill . I drove 120 miles but it's already 1/2 tank show on odometer gauge . It's original muffler . I stay on 8k Rpm no more than that cause dealership recommend . 87 octane chevron .

I recently rode 650 miles and my mileage was all over the place. I would fill up at 200 miles. I would get from 54 mpg to 60 mpg. I kept the Rpm at around 8300.

My only mod is a hotbodies mgp exhaust which cuts down the mpg some.

I stay between 7 & 8K rpm, but accelerate harder & take her to 11/12 K rpm often. I get over 25 kmpl or 58 mpg, so your fuel consumption sounds perfectly normal.

160 miles or about 44 mpg with my area p tuner before the gas light comes on. I usually fill up with around 3.8 gallons so that leaves another 35 or so miles before bone dry.
