What year is your 250 and in what country are you located (we have members across the globe)? That's going to make a huge difference in availability.

In a pinch, pink duct tape can be magical...and cheaper!

Last summer I installed gel pillows into both driver and passenger seats. I was very positively surprised on how easy the job finally was.

Buy from a local iron store a nail remover (like this: http://www.biltema.fi/fi/Tyokalut/Ka...B8-2000037088/ - the tool is cheap and if you try to remove them with a knife or screw driver you'll just become crazy), strong enough nail gun and a packet of nails. From a leather shop buy a piece of leather whatever color you want. It's good to mention there where you need it, so they can sell the right type. Remove the old cover and use it as a model, when you cut the new one. Just make it a bit bigger than the original - the nailing becomes easier and you can cut the extra away later if necessary. Call a friend to help you. The other holds the leather tightly in place and the other shoots a nail. Start from one side, shoot the second to the opposite side, the third again to the starting side and keep on until the whole cover is there. It is almost impossible to do this alone, but that way after a short practicing together you'll get a result, which looks like factory-made.
