Looking at Slip-Ons, Want something smaller...

I have been scouring the board for information on short sized slip-ons for the Ninja 300. I could have sworn I saw a short Akropovic exhaust for the Ninja 300 but now can't find it. Does anyone know what it is called or who else may make a shorty/smaller slip-on?

Haven't been on a bike for about 3-4 yrs... but want to get back on!

as far as i know akrapovic only makes one slipon and its not a shorty. if you want something that wont break the bank check out the Coffman's exhaust they make a nice slip on, its about $200 new.

The sound is louder than stock and there is some backfiring on deceleration. I was originally looking for something in a bullet exhaust (see attached), but no one makes one for the 300. It would be hard because of the straight swingarm.

Does anyone know why I can't view thumbnail photos? When I click on the thumbnail, I just get a dark window with no pic???

Are you looking at thumbnails with a computer or mobile device? I find on mobile devices, the preview window appears but the actual image is zoomed off-screen so all you get is the dimmed black area showing.

The LeoVince is a pretty small can, just extends farther back than that Werkes. It's also almost $200 cheaper if cost is an issue. Coffman has a shorty exhaust, it's just going to be louder than most other slip ons.

Get a Leo Vince. Looks great and sounds great. Also nice to have the choice to leave the baffle in or take it out. Sounds way better and backfires and crackles like no tomorrow!

I haven't ridden since around 2000 because I had some shoulder problems that since I have retired I have now fixed........I will be picking up my 2014 kawasaki Ninja 300 tomorrow afternoon and it has the Coffman shorty exhaust on it.

I am anxious to hear what it sounds like........The last bike I sold in 2000 was a Road King HD and this will be my first kawasaki......I can't wait to get it and after all of my research and talking to people I wanted to get a bike that will put the fun back into ridding again.......Good luck on your muffler search!
